Introducing David Tait – Thermit Welding’s new Technical Manager

David hails from New Zealand and joined the company in May 2010. He has experience in Heavy Industry Engineering as a Mechanical Engineer, and has been developing Thermit Welding systems for the Rail industry as well as developing innovative applications of Thermit for a wide range of other Industries.

A focus has been on retaining the Zircon sand mould product quality and improving the efficiency and planning of the manufacturing process.

David also prepares Technical reports for customers that have rejected welds.
