Site Support & Supervision

Following the introduction of new products or processes, the transition period requires special arrangements for operator training, supporting documentation, equipment modifications and provision of materials. This support is provided using our mobile resources that support operatives on site, or at their home base during this introductory period. In addition our field engineers provide a service for checking equipment, toolbox briefings and delivering special items for trials.

Many clients require on-site support, particularly when deploying local labour on the installation of Thermit Welds, and when using products or processes that have been specifically developed for their application. We provide experienced qualified engineers to assist with training and on-site technical support for all our clients, both in the UK and overseas. Recent support projects include the installation of crane rails during construction of the Fjardaal Aluminium Smelter in Iceland.
