TWSCP Boards

The TWS Chippings Packing board has been designed as a method of delivering an amount of chippings to small voided areas beneath the sleeper.

The advantages over other methods are:

• More consistent than measured shovel packing
• Drainage is not affected
• Under service the boards break down to fill voids
• Quick to fit
• No fire risk

Ballast Boards are manufactured from an attrition resistant bonding material which ensures each stone in the board is able to resist wear substantially longer.

Once placed in position the board will conform to the required distribution, thereby diminishing or negating the void whilst maintaining the drainage capability of the ballast.
