Our senior staff includes professionally qualified Metallurgists, Mechanical Engineers and Chemists who are supported by trained laboratory resources. Our field service engineers liaise with clients to recover materials and samples for test and feed back any information or changes to working practice in the form of toolbox briefings or more formal training courses.

While we publish formal reports to clients and present results of the investigations to working groups and at seminars in the form of technical briefings, our client's right to confidentiality is respected.
